Lori Lightfoot is the current mayor of Chicago, where she has lived since 1986. She is the first openly gay Black woman to be elected mayor of a major city in the United States. Lori is 57 years old and has one child with her wife, Amy Eshleman. She is an attorney that has a distinguished career previous to being Mayor, including Assistant US Attorney and President of the Chicago Police Board.
