• Led the technical design of W3i’s Integrated Content Network which was built on ASP.NET, WCF, and SQL Server 2008 which allowed W3i and its partners to distribute W3i’s products.

• Advocated and managed the switch from SVN to Team Foundation Server 2005 which resulted in a more integrated build system that saved us time in maintenance.
• Led a major refactoring initiative that involved changing the entire OLTP data model for a very large system that is still in place today and handles over 1500 transactions per second.
• Developed an experimentation platform application that allows the marketing department to A/B test websites and installers to optimize W3i’s products and process. This project used extensive AJAX.
