2011 Soup Party

Last night we had our 2011 soup party. There was even more of a turnout this year. Other than being a little crowded, it was a ton of fun. All the more reason to get the basement done so we have more room to entertain. There were 15 soups that competed and three winners. This year’s winners were the Broccoli Cheese Wild Rice Soup, Squash, and Taco Soup. For the sake of privacy and safety (from one pissed off guest that didn’t win ) I will not post the names of the winners. I have the recipes for some of the soups posted here, and there will be more to coming within the next few days. Thanks to everyone that came last night, making a soup, and lugging it over in a crock pot. We have a ton of fun doing this party and look forward to it every year.
